Where I see myself in 5 years?

In 5 years I hope to be a successful web designer. I would like to work in the field for a few years, to gain knowledge and resources and then eventually work from home. I have mixed feelings about this though. I DO enjoy the feel of a work environment and I would like to work at a large/ high energy company, where I can stay busy and keep learning new things. In 5 years I will hopefully have another child, so ideally I would want to do web design from home.
